Research Volunteer Participant
Research Volunteer Participants are selected based on character, physical capability, and demonstrable tactical competence. This program supports Lightfighter Studies Group (LFSG) research by embedding participants into simulated combat environments that require both endurance and decision-making under stress.
Research Volunteer Participants MUST POSSES THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES;
1. Is 18 years or older and a US Citizen.
2. Able to perform physically demanding activities under unfavorable conditions, such as extreme fatigue and psychological pressure.
3. Has critical thinking ability.
4. Has a deep sense of responsibility in the execution of entrusted tasks.
5. Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to adapt and improvise when facing unexpected situations.
6. Demonstrate a willingness to make decisions in the face of uncertainty.
7. Demonstrate a positive disposition for selflessness and teamwork.
8.. Has not been convicted of a felony and is legally allowed to possess and carry firearms.
SKILLS CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be prior service Infantry or have the following verifiable training in the following skills areas:
Individual Weapons Manipulation, and movement techniques
Dismounted patrolling formations and traveling techniques
Combat patrols (Ambush, Raid, Security)
Reconnaissance patrols (Zone, Area, Route)
Land Navigation with Map and Compass
Operate a Tactical Radio
